The Cubiverse


The Cubiverse allows users to create and share content in spatially organized "Cubes". These cubes can contain photos, text, audio, video, 3D models, and links to both websites and other Cubes. Basic cubes can be created for free by signing up for a Cubiverse account, and more advanced Cubes can be created by users who obtain a paid license for those capabilities. Cubes may be publically accessible, or protected by password, subscription, and/or one-time access fee, at the discretion of the Cube's creator.

The Cubiverse is a service of CubicDashboard, LLC.

The Cubiverse Terms and Conditions


By using the Cubiverse, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Cubiverse through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Cubiverse for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, hate speech or pornography; and (7) your use of the Cubiverse will not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Cubiverse (or any portion thereof).

The Cubiverse allows you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content in a variety of media formats. When you do that, you retain whatever ownership rights in that content you had to begin with. Conversely, you agree not to post material that belongs to someone else without seeking permission to do so. This includes texts, images, videos, models, and audio tracks. We reserve the right to remove material if we are notified that it violates someone else's ownership rights.

Your free Cubiverse account lets you create your own Cube and share it. Update your Cube with new content as often as you like, send a link to your Cube in a text or email, and post it on social media.

Your Cube has six surfaces on which you can place text, images, or video, and an interior space where you can place a 3D model. You can also add an audio track to your Cube.

Your Cube will be publicly accessible, meaning that other users may come across it while browing through Cubes, in catagorized Cube searches, by other Cube creators linking to your Cube, or by other means.

Additional capabilities including creating multiple Cubes, linking your Cubes together, linking to other Cubes, and more are available at several levels through a paid subscription.

BUILDER
Create six additional cubes, link the walls of your cubes to other cubes or content including additional images, videos, or web links.
 
PRESENTER
Add a live video stream and a dynamic text panel to any of your cubes. Allows you to communicate in real time with your visitors.
 
PRODUCER
Insert animated 3D models and green-screen videos into your Cube. Also allows for subscription and/or pay-per-view Cube access.
 
CONNECTOR
Add multiple webcams to a single cube for real-time interaction for up to five users, with an interactive chat panel for collaboration.

Attach an open Cube to any panel.


The open Cube will be visible on the selected panel of the current Cube. The open Cube will be loaded when it is tapped, and the visitor will move into this new Cube. Select from one of your Cubes or enter a Cube ID below. To remove a Cube, put something else on the panel.

Place an Image into your Cube


Six images typically make up the walls of your Cube. This is where you upload your primary Cube content. Your images can be whatever you want, within the rules of our Terms of Use, depending on the theme or idea of your Cube. Images must be in .jpg or .png format with a corresponding extension. Your images will be cropped to a square to fit the walls of the Cube. By uploading your images to The Cubiverse, you are certifying that you have the legal right to do so.

Video
Place a Video into your Cube


You can put a video on ONE surface of your cube (only one will play, others will remain static). Your videos can be whatever you want, within the rules of our Terms of Use, and can enhance your Cube with motion. Aspect ratio should be 1:1 (square), and must be in .mp4 format. By uploading your video to The Cubiverse, you are certifying that you have the legal right to do so.

Audio
Add an audio track to your Cube


You can add an audio track to your Cube to create an ambiance, provide narration, or even as the primary feature of your Cube. Audio tracks must be in .mp3 format with an .mp3 file extension, and should be no more than 6Mb. Do not upload commercial music or other content that you don't own, as per our Terms of Use. By uploading your audio track to The Cubiverse, you are certifying that you have the legal right to do so.

3D Model
Add a 3D Model to your Cube


The Cube is a space, and you can put a model in it. The size of the Cube is 1 unit x 1 unit, with the origin (0,0,0) at the center of the Cube. Use this information to scale and position your model properly. Models must be in .gltf format with a .gltf file extension. All materials, textures, and animations must be embedded, and the file should be no more than 8Mb. If you did not create the model, be sure that you have permission to use it, per our Terms of Use. By uploading your model to The Cubiverse, you are certifying that you have the legal right to do so.

Background
Put an image behind your Cube


What's behind your Cube? You don't really see it much, but it's there, and it can help create an ambiance for your Cube. Your visitors might see it while your images are still loading. It peeks out around the edges when your Cube is rotated. Images must be in .jpg or .png format with a corresponding extension. Your image will be cropped to fit the space behind the Cube. By uploading your image to The Cubiverse, you are certifying that you have the legal right to do so.
